ALL ORDERS / PRODUCTION:
Most of drops are preorder, please allow at least 4-6 weeks for items to be produced.
Once production is done and shipped to our location, we ship out orders 1-2 days.
Please note that once we ship your package, we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries; any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claiming & locating packages.
Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Since some items are made to order, we have to ensure all payments are successful and not fraudulent prior to fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled.
We ship orders through third-party carriers such as USPS, FedEx, & UPS. To ensure your package arrives at the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier, we have no control over the package. Please reach out to the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance.
If you do not accept your package and it is returned to us, you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you.
